GoodHitch terms of use

GoodHitch helps customers request local movement of parcels, small items, furniture, boxes, and goods with approved drivers. These MVP terms are intended to keep the service clear while GoodHitch prepares for wider launch.

Customers are responsible for describing items, pickup and drop-off details, access, loading needs, and any special handling requirements accurately. Drivers are responsible for accepting only jobs that fit their vehicle, insurance, licence, tax, and legal responsibilities.

GoodHitch may cancel, reject, review, or hold a job or payout where a request is unsafe, restricted, disputed, incomplete, unpaid, or outside the goods-only scope.
